Responsibilities:
- You will be studying current and new industry trends, technologies, and software development where applicable to the product roadmap
- One of your main tasks will be leading the communication for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships with third-party vendors
- We expect you to advise the management of the company technological and make recommendations for improvement
- Your task will be to supervise system infrastructure, design, and changes in system architecture to ensure functionality, applicable security standards, and efficiency
- You will mentor and provide feedback to IT team, accompany them during the realization of concepts, both functional and technical
- In addition, also other super interesting tasks that are an integral part of the CTO role!
Requirements:
- Experience in the CTO role in a Fintech company
- Experience in Payment Service Provider company would be a big advantage
- Project management and new product development experience
- Experience in team development and IT team scaling
- Great communication skills
- Software architecture and product design experience
- Understanding of software design principles
- Hands-on experience in WEB development
- PHP 7/8 (preferably Symfony)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
